My journey in coffee started at the source—on the farm. In 2009, I moved to southern China, where I met a small village just beginning to grow coffee. The questions they asked—How do we process it? What makes it high quality? Who will buy it?—launched me deep into the world of coffee. From long conversations around a tea table to diving into every resource and training I could find, I became obsessed with learning. That passion led me to international coffee development, instructing certified CQI courses, and ultimately, a career dedicated to moving the coffee industry forward.
I am passionate about learning and supporting others to achieve their goals. For me, any opportunity is one to be the support behind the hero of the story. My heart is development and always look for those opportunities to invest in and support someone's well being.
My desire is to come alongside and support individuals and groups as they seek to invest in their personal or business growth.
